Emotion Video Assignment

  • Create 1 short film, 1-3 mins long, which are completely focused on expressing one emotion ( Love, Fear, Sadness).
  • Dialogue is not a requirement, but can be used.
  • Music is often the key to emotion, choose it wisely.
  • The choice of setting, characters, medium, is all up to you, but remember when your focusing on one emotion, it is better not to have to much going on (just show hands or feet, or have objects/nature telling the story, close ups of eyes etc,)
  • Colour, pace, story, lighting, all should support your emotion.
  • Filming Criteria:
  • 7 seconds per shot,
  • Perspective/ Camera angle changes in every shot
